Complaint of goods

Dear Customer,

we care about your rights, including your right to make a complaint. It is a good idea to contact us first and send photos of the faulty product. This may enable us to clarify your doubts and solve the problem quickly.

You can file a complaint via email to info@dekoori.com describing the product defect. When making a complaint, you can use our sample complaint form, but this is not obligatory. The form should be printed, completed, signed and sent back to us as a scan or legible photo.
